THE REMNANTS OF JOSEPHINE...A LOW PRESSURE AREA...ARE LOCATED ABOUT
850 MILES WEST OF THE CAPE VERDE ISLANDS. THE ASSOCIATED SHOWER
ACTIVITY IS CURRENTLY MINIMAL...AND UPPER-LEVEL WINDS ARE NOT
FAVORABLE FOR RE-DEVELOPMENT.
